Coach Jones is the founder and Head of Player Development. He is also the coach of the 2024/2025 Lady Pels along with the 3rd grade boys, Pels Elite basketball team. Coach Jones has been around basketball for over 30 plus years as a Coach, Collegiate Player and Louisiana 5A State Championship high school Player. He credits his awesome nationally ranked high school basketball team & teammates (brothers) for his growth as a basketball mind. His goal is to instill confidence, maturity and hard work in all of his players throughout the organization.
